14.01.2022 Spaghetti with fresh tomatoes and garlic 250 g mixed colour tomatoes - halved, 2 cloves garlic - sliced. 1 pack of Otway Pasta Co fresh spaghetti. Gently fry the garlic and tomatoes in a little olive oil, cook the fresh spaghetti at the same time as the tomatoes. When spaghetti is cooked add it to the pan with tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste and serve with fresh grated parmesan
