The retreat usually fills up quite quickly so get in so you dont miss out. This retreat is filled with opportunities to break through old limiting beliefs and create a new version of yourself. 17.01.2022 The Retreat was once again a deeply moving experience for many. The warm and welcoming space of non-judgemental support allowing those present to really Let Go and experience more depth and love than many were used to. We laughed together, cried together, shared stories and pain and released some old hurt. There were teachings and healings and Yoga and a sound healing from Tiz and a special session of healing ourselves delivered by Anaya, Thankyou both for providing these t...hings. And Thankyou to JoBeth for the beautiful yoga. The food and warmth of the Hare Krishnas was refreshing. I Loved the presentations, and the Realness of those sharing in todays session... 04.01.2022 Words cant quite capture the essence of these weekends. But here are some pretty good attempts... Amazing to witness the changes and openings in people - Maryanne F. A Transformational weekend with Steve, abundant with Love, compassion and guidance- Michelle Johanson. The retreat really showed me there IS Love and Acceptance our there - Nat. I came in thinking I was going to a Yoga retreat and entered a space of deep healing (with yoga in the mix), didnt realise ...it but this was what I truly needed - Holly. Magical things happen at these retreats - Lynda A journey through the fog and into sunlight - Zohie. This retreat has been truly transformational for me. I have spent many years working on myself and have a good intellectual understanding of my issues and where they stem from, but the work done here really provided some tangible tools that I can use to transform my life. The entire experience was warm and welcoming and exceeded all my expectations - Bec. The Love and Spirit that surrounds us at these retreats is incredibly uplifting -Chris Thankyou for creating a safe space for self exploration, Love and Depth. 02.01.2022 Hi all, Im thinking of having a a name change for these retreats to more accurately reflect what they are for the people attending. Feeling for Otway Growth Retreat or something of that nature. Because growth is what happens every time. People are challenged to step out of past conditioning and comfort zones, out of fears and into courage, to share something, get more real and allow a process of surrender to occur. ... On the spiritual path so many people get caught up in trying to Get something, they read a book, go to meditation, do a course, talk with other spiritual people and its all to get something, get more enlightened, get some nice experience, get more happiness, when really all of the joy and love and wisdom of creation, all of what youve been searching for already exists within you but youre simply blocked from it by the ego, the mechanism that thinks it knows what to do and needs to get more. The pathway to higher levels of consciousness is in dropping the next part of the ego, becoming lighter, dropping some prideful ways, dropping some arrogance, some grief, guilt or fear, dropping the spiritual ego. Surrendering parts of the ego IS the way, its then that Spirit (higher consciousness) can pour in to the space created. We give it all up... So yes, the Otway Growth retreats, where we can drop something thats been weighing us down, holding us back, blocking us from what already exists that we just cant see... The next retreat will be in March 2019. The last couple have fully booked out. So let me know early if youre in. 02.01.2022 Hi all, JoBeth and I have decided to again run a One day Yoga and Meditation Retreat in the forest (at the property at Tanybryn). This will include 2 yoga sessions and 2 meditation sessions, and (optional) swim in the ocean (there are beautiful beaches nearby). Only 12 places are allocated, 5 already taken. Theres plenty of space to get lost out there, a beautiful high energy location. Theres a large grass area yoga deck surrounded by huge trees.... a great way to connec...t deeply and recharge after the Christmas new year period. Sat 19th Jan 10-4pm Cost $80 (byo lunch). 01.01.2022 The November Retreat is officially being put out there now. The marketing machine is about to go to action. There are only 24 places and 12 of these have been taken. The retreat will consist of many things (they evolve as we go along depending on the energies). But you can be guaranteed yoga classes each morning, group meditation sessions, group based activities, plenty of laughs, lots of deep moments. The retreats have a focus on personal growth, there will be many oppo...rtunities for you to step out of your comfort zone and share something with the group that could lead to a release and deeper healing of some issue or old pattern in your life. With so many people coming together for a common purpose (to find out more about themselves or life) love is cultivated, and personal growth is a definite by product of being a part of the weekend.
