16.01.2022 I promise i will get a newsletter out soon but in the meantime it is whale season, the waterfalls are spectacular and the wildlife are enjoying the nightlife so... here are some valuable tips: apart from the sturdy hiking gear pack the binoculars and a good torch. These are mine: the torch is a veritable spotlight and I bought it at Bunnings. The binoculars actually provide a compass bearing and are exceptional quality but you dont have to be that fancy BUT the view from the cottages will justify a very good pair... See more

08.01.2022 As we enter another 'new time', I have had plans in the works for some time now to offer many of the services I regularly do to those both living within the tow...n & those visiting us. I am often told that when booking a place to stay, guests are enquiring well ahead at what meals are available to order & have 'in-house'. Whilst I offer a regular 'Weekend Menu', my one pair of hands are kept busy with catering, both large & small (smaller lately, of course) & supplies to local businesses I love. Postcard brochures have arrived, strangely in time as we open up & I am regularly contacted by accommodation providers & local businesses wishing to offer these services ahead to guests staying or customers browsing & asking questions of the 'locals'. Should you wish to have a few of these on hand, please get in touch by email & I can arrange to drop these beautiful postcards to your business or accommodation.
