25.01.2022 Sage is a great herb to grow in your garden, easy to look after, beautiful flowers in spring that attract bees plus you can use in traditional stuffing and to make burnt butter and sage sauce for pasta. Other photo is catkins on a walnut tree, seem to like the Collie climate.
