24.01.2022 We have the Final Inspection Certificate !!!!!!! Cause for celebration Visitors welcome

22.01.2022 Last of the tiling.....kitchen splashback

22.01.2022 Progress on the shed. Main frame is done without having to hire help, my gofor and I managed the job. Roof batons tomorrow and maybe even some roofing.

18.01.2022 Earthworks for the 12x6 shed pad is underway.

18.01.2022 Now that we have final and have officially moved in, we are focusing our attention on landscaping. Passionfruit vine for a privacy screen up the driveway, assorted berry vines, paving at the back door, feature pathway and hippy garden at the front and an Ensuite amenities shed for the caravan (which we intend renting out). The massage treatment room is ready for more clients. Much more to do, but plenty of time to continue improvements.

18.01.2022 Earthworks done, shed has arrived. Just waiting on concretor for the slab.

14.01.2022 House is ready for final inspection and certification. Some paving at the rear door and pathway to the clothes line, and another original Carse Art.

07.01.2022 After a week waiting for the ground to dry out, the shed slab is done. Many thanks for the great job by Brad English and crew, highly recommended. Now the shed can be erected....

05.01.2022 A few locals dropped in for a visit.

03.01.2022 The cockatoos started stealing the passionfruit so we did the first pick. Looks like I will get some passionfruit butter... Yum.

02.01.2022 Spring has sprung. A new batch of ducklings in the yard. Only 4 left now.

01.01.2022 Day 2 of the shed build. Batons up, ready for roof sheets (planned for the cooler days coming).
