25.01.2022 Unfortunately we have to advise that this weekend's Brides Day Out - Gold Coast, is CANCELLED due to lack of support by the broader Wedding Industry of the Gold Coast, we are unable to deliver a comprehensive range of wedding services for you to view and engage, we apologise but we are not about delivering a sub standard product let alone wasting your time. We have been running these Expos across Australia since 2000 with over 300 Expos during that time, this is the first time we have had to cancel an event. Again we apologise and we certainly hope we haven't caused any angst.

21.01.2022 Calling all Orange Region Weddings Suppliers! The Orange Ex-Services Club is proud to be hosting the 2nd Annual Orange Region Wedding Expo on Sunday 9th February 2020 11am to 3pm. Online registrations are available HERE... Last years expo brought over 300 attendees through the doors of the Coral Sea Auditorium and Greenhouse Function room, with fantastic feedback from the event and the majority of suppliers receiving future bookings. We have 50 creative space expo stands available across the Coral Sea Auditorium, the majority of which are 3mx wide 2m deep, however there are custom spaces available in our Greenhouse function room. We are taking expressions of interest for a fashion show throughout the day on the Coral Sea auditorium stage, please contact us directly to discuss this option. Potential brides, grooms plus their friends and families will be invited to explore the expo over a 4-hour period, free of charge. $250 per space Includes a 2m Trestle with white linen, 1 or 2 chairs Assorted food & water will be provided Complimentary optional additions include: Additional table & chairs Wi-Fi Access to power Please note that registration is not complete until all paperwork and payments have been processed. Once these have been received, you will be a confirmed supplier for the day. For maximum exposure, please send through a short bio of your business with two photos and your website link to be shared on the event Facebook page. Be sure to include up to date contact details. These can be sent to [email protected] Each attendee will receive a gift bag with supplier information, please provide 1 piece of collateral per business that you wish to have included. You can deliver these items to OESC in the lead up to the event and no later than Friday 8th February. 1 week prior to the expo, a floor map will be sent to you confirming your location on the day. We will endeavour to spread out businesses of the same category across the venue and the custom Greenhouse spaces will be distributed to those who request it. Bump In: Sunday 9th February 6am to 10am Expo: Sunday 9th February 11am to 3pm Bump Out: Sunday 9th February from 3pm Your stand is a blank canvas to showcase your individual business. Please ensure you keep within your designated space as not to encroach on another stand or walkways. No items are permitted to be hung, taped or attached to the walls in any of the available areas. All suppliers will be required to sign in as a contractor both upon bump in and on the expo day. Please note that all stands must be completely packed down and items removed from OESC by 9pm Sunday unless prior arrangements have been made.
