13.01.2022 Thanks to those who are supporting me and encouraging me. I have really found great joy from cycling. It has changed so much in such a short time. I feel so determined to power on and train and push myself to the absolute limits so that riding to Cook Town will be super easy on Sunday the 2nd of April my amazing aunty and i rode just over 30kms. Great achievement from riding 50 kms and 11kms all in a week. I am glad to say the pain isn't so bad today and i look forward to my next ride here are a few pictures to share #RIDEFORLIFE #CardiacChallenge #TrainingBegins #2k17 #Changes
