25.01.2022 We've added a new feature that has had some great feedback. If your list of Vehicle Models is a bit of a mess, with some listed as MGB and others as MG B (for example), there's now a function under a model to "merge" it with another model. So much easier than editing every related vehicle one at a time. Used with care, you can give your database a good spring clean!
23.01.2022 Thanks to the prospective OCC client who pointed out that the quick search in the menu bar doesn't find a member if you search for their partner. As of release 645, that's now fixed.
22.01.2022 We are aware some clients are seeing errors when attempting to log into OCC at the moment. The problem is being investigated and a reply will be posted here when the issue is resolved. Apologies to those affected by this issue.
21.01.2022 Rel 682 introduces the ability to flag members as having "Private" contact details, so they can be excluded from contact lists you generate. The extracts available on the Data tab of the homepage now allow you to choose to exclude Private numbers/addresses.
21.01.2022 Rev 660 provides a new Ownership History report for a vehicle, and simplified maintenance of Postal Addresses.
19.01.2022 Rev 676 allows you to send text messages through OurCarClub as if they were sent from your official club mobile number (if you have one). Just add your club's mobile number on the Categories page and it will be available as an option wherever you can send text messages from the app.
12.01.2022 Apologies to anyone inconvenienced by the SSL certificate that expired this afternoon. It's all resolved now. If you see a warning when you visit OCC, just do a force-refresh (ctrl-F5 or command-R).
09.01.2022 Rev 668 lets you adjust the recent and upcoming events list on your homepage to as many or as few events as you like. Thanks to the club that suggested this little tweak.
08.01.2022 Should you ever need to send an email to just your (committee) members who have access to your OurCarClub database, now you can. Just use youracronym-occ@ or youracronym-ourcarclub@. A handy little tweak suggested by a client.
06.01.2022 A simple improvement, but hopefully very useful. When you list or export Subs data, it now includes Member No as a field in its own right.
05.01.2022 Release 646 allows you to have two versions of your Receipt Text, one for renewals and one for newly joining members. If the latter is not empty and the member has only one subs record, they'll receive this text on their emailed receipt.
03.01.2022 Rev. 689 introduces the Bounced Email check function to Affiliates. (It was previously only available for Member records.)
03.01.2022 Two new attributes available in the Member record as of rev 683: A "Not For Publication" checkbox to exclude address/phone details in Data extracts for members that request that; and a separate Formal First Name from the regular First Name.
