13.01.2022 These are difficult times and uncertainty seems to be the norm. We are still serving people and changing our menu to some take away (mainly toasties). We would appreciate if people could use tap and go wherever possible. We also sanitise tables after use. Our building is quite large and even with the latest measure of social distancing we can accommodate 40 people inside. Hope this helps to put people at ease. My very best to all. A safe journey ahead.

12.01.2022 We close on all public holidays so we will be closed for Easter and Anzac Day But open on Tuesday and Wednesday. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Enjoy you holidays.

10.01.2022 To day was our last Sunday opening. Our Daily Bread Cafe will only be open 6 days a week. Closing on every Sunday from the 28th July, until further notice. Times are a-changing.

08.01.2022 The end of one year and a new year has just begun. 2018 came with many challenges but more importantly many achievements. We replaced the verandah and added a new bathroom. A lot of work, but the final result made it all worthwhile. I want to take this time to wish that 2018 brings you all good health and well being, and the strength to face the challenges that are a part of everyday life. A new year, how wonderful.

06.01.2022 Yes, our beloved Church is up for sale. This has been a very difficult decision to make and a deeply personal reason for the sale. It is closing in on 10 years since we bought the derelict St Collumbkille and is so much a part of us, but it is what it is. So many people to thank, who helped us get to this point. Ssssooooooo many. Blessed was the journey.

04.01.2022 Today Monday 28th January, we are closed for the public holiday. May you all enjoy your Australia Day long weekend.

04.01.2022 After nearly 8 years we have now closed our doors this afternoon. We do not know when we will open again as this is not in our hands, but we will open again. So many people to thank customers, staff, suppliers and many more. David and I want to wish good health to all, happy times with families and don’t take any cruises.

02.01.2022 Yesterday the Northern Star wrote an article under "Businesses that have closed in 2018" and in it they stated we had closed. This is not the case. We are very much open. It is an unfortunate mistake, but thank you to those who wrote to tell me this. A correction will be placed in the Northern Star today.
