25.01.2022 My speedy Vietnamese Mixed Meat Pho! NB I added a total of about 600g of thinly sliced meat in the last step (pork fillet and beef fillet but you could absolutely add other types too) and I cooked it until it was to my liking - about 4mins in my case). Also if you have a Blade Cover you could use that instead of the basket
