20.01.2022 Light colour or dark colour honey, what is the difference.... what do you prefer? This is very individual, it depends on your taste buds and preference. All hives have their own individual look and taste, with each new season comes new flowers so the nectar collected by the bees will change and so will the taste. As a general rule of thumb to follow, light coloured honey is milder in taste and the darker the honey the stronger the flavour... so what do you prefer??? Its all up to individuals taste buds..

16.01.2022 Honey is liquid gold. Thick golden liquid made by bees. Daily the bees collect nectar from flowers and once inside the beehive they repeatedly consume, digest n regurgitate the nectar n dry it by flapping their wings.. this is their stored food from which we can also take but not all, you must leave some for the bees to consume. That liquid gold is something special for us to enjoy. The smell, colour and taste depend on the types of flower nectar the bees consume. Nutrition fact: 1 tablespoon of honey contains 64 calories, contains virtually no fiber, fat or protein. Honey is thick, sweet liquid gold made by honeybees. Treat yourself today to pure raw, unfiltered and unheated honey.. enjoy the difference.

15.01.2022 Fact about Honey... local honey Why is it better for you?? ‘Local honey’ there is not a fixed definition of local honey in terms of kilometers, but to be beneficial for you and to help with seasonal allergies, it must come from around the area you live in..radius of 10 to 150km from where you live. The nearer the bee hives are from your place of dwelling the better.

14.01.2022 How do you extract the honey from the honeycomb? We spin the honey out of the honeycomb by hand, in beautiful Italian made 4 frame stainless steel extract. This is a natural, cold-process method which ensures that this honey tastes exactly as it does the day the bees seal it in their hive, no heat used. All that we have removed are the bees and the wax. It is classified as live or raw honey with healing properties. We filter it by gravity to remove most of the wax and the odd broken bee wing. Then after settling, it is put into jars for Our enjoyment.
