21.01.2022 heya. Sweet-sweet corn is likely the least profitable thing we can grow in our scale context. why do we? sugars in sweetcorn are HIGHLY degradable. And these are a super-sweet hybrid variant that will blow your MIND if you get to eat them FREAKY FRESH! Dont supermarket me. If you know anything of what I said above, you're my kind of people. There is no substitute or comparison to be made with what you grow yourself..... ... ( oh yeah! mike drop!)
19.01.2022 I’m a bit sad that zucchini’s are almost finished . So was good time to whip up a new recipe - my tried and tested zucchini relish (which I’m still stoked to say won the best exhibit at the Kununurra Ag Show a couple of years ago ); a xylitol sugar free version . Tomorrow we are making baked zucchini with kangaroo !! The ugg boots came out tonight for the first time . It’s getting cold ! 17.01.2022 Sugar free cherry tomato relish , a new tweak on wades nannas recipe made late tonight !! Getting close to the end of tomato season , so just in time ! Picked figs today too ! How are they still amazing mid April ? This season continues to blow my mind !! How’s everyone going during this self isolating time ? I noticed quite a few people doing batches of tomato sauce which was great to see . And some preserving peaches . Anyone else having a crack at preserving in the kitchen ??

02.01.2022 The sun was glorious, the garden was flowering, and we got to have some fun with new recipes! Feeding people with a large selection of different foods with a healthier tweak they don't know about, is even better! Next weekend we get to repeat, with some tweaks for part 2 of his birthday celebration. How good is that! two bites of the cake! Thanks once again for the opportunity, and also to hubby for being the most reliable side kick I could ask for!
