18.01.2022 Today is R U OK?Day, a reminder to start a conversation that could change a life today, tomorrow and any day it's needed. This year, our College is shining a light on mental health and wellbeing in a very special way. Letters, painted yellow, in the shape of R U OK have been constructed by the Colleges skilled Maintenance team and placed along the front gates of the College for all to see. These letters remind us that every day is the day to take action and connect with anyo...ne who might be struggling, especially in this time of extended lockdown. With this years theme of Theres more to say after R U OK?, our Counsellors have been helping students focus on what to say next so they can keep the conversation going when someone says they're not OK. On the Student Wellbeing Hub, find out why getting active is so important, learn how to change your mindset about it, and get tips on... how to create your own personalised routine.
