13.01.2022 I have been putting at least some sort of morning ab workout as part of my morning ritual that I have been doing it for the last 71 days. I continue to use various ab exercises so that I can look forward to something new. To find new ab exercises I have a look on YouTube which I have found with Chris Heira and Rowan Row and I also found Jeff from Athlean-X, which I am looking to implement in the next ab workout. https://youtu.be/QLk9uBfI8mM In this video I follow along with ...Chris Heira with our 7 minute ab exercises starting with high knee taps for warm up and finishing off with start jump off jumping jacks. Then I follow along with Rowan Row for a 5 minute lower ab exercises and finish off with yoga by Kassandra which is a 10 minute yoga stretch too start my day.

11.01.2022 It's easy to lose weight and feel good on the inside and outside. It's the negative thoughts that you need to overcome. We keep letting our mind coming up with excuses as to why we can't lose weight, and we quickly gave in to these thoughts. If we aren't training how we deal with our minds, we will continue to fail at attempting at weight loss journey. Our mind doesn't want us to do the hard work, and whenever we hit the wall, it wants to remind us that it's a lot easier to ...accept who we are and love our body. One of them is putting in 30 minutes of reading each day, and sometimes I get so into it and be spending hours just like today. I am reading more than ever during my life span, and I remember I only read like three books total, and since I started my daily habits, I completed another three books and onto my fourth book.
