20.01.2022 Please note the Ouyen Reunion on 11th February, 2018 at Fitzroy Gardens, anyone with a connection to Ouyen is Welcome. An added group this year is those who commenced Form one in 1967, who went to school at Ouyen High School between 1967 & 1972. Past students are attempting to reunite after fifty years.
19.01.2022 Lovely old photo of Sea Lake, had to share, in memory of my great grandfather who died there in 1919, after clearing land from Kinnabulla to Nandaly to Tempy and even Torrita. He also lost a son on camp at Pier Milan, struck by lightning!

14.01.2022 The new owner of the home of EH Lascelles is very proud of the history she has bought and the significant connection of the house to the birth of Hopetoun as a town, and the natural base of Lake Lascelles, the town water supply, that was later enhanced as a recreational asset, and channel filled after the Creek became unreliable as a water supply. Now this beautiful Lake is filled by the pipeline and cared for by local volunteers. Many holiday makers love this site as well.
