We have invested in Planetbox lunchboxes for our kids - buy once, and they will get you through years of lunches. My eldest is nearly finished her 4th year with hers and it is still like new! (And we were gifted one second hand for my youngest which is still as new - and who knows how long it was already used for!) $117 outlay divided by 7 years of primary school = $16.70 per year.... do y...ou spend more than that each year buying "cheaper" plastic options? 19.01.2022 I’ve been doing a lot of work with Katrina Bourke Coaching around the importance of self care, and making time for myself. As mums know, life is busy and it is far too easy to put ourselves last on the list. As part of my commitment to #30days of mindful movement #RainHailOrShine I invested an hour with Katherine Bissett- Exercise Physiologist - what a great feeling! Now, I wonder if I can steal time for an Epsom Salt soak after the kids are in bed...? Hope you have made time for yourself today

Some paediatric doctors in the US possibly being told not to describe breastfeeding as "natural", as use of that word may set families on a path towards "alternative health" options... Interested to hear your thoughts about that, but please no vax vs anti vax discussion - that's too emotive a topic for me to moderate!!
