25.01.2022 Our Sensory Packs are now available to purchase! Chocka block full of fidgety and sensory items, pick up at our centre or can be posted for $10.00.

24.01.2022 Well the inevitable has happened and we will be closed to public bookings as of today. At this point, we are still able to hold OT and Speech Therapy sessions here, get your OT or Speechy to contact us if they are interested in holding sessions at our centre. A massive thankyou to all the visitors who have supported us and continue to support us by booking in! Unfortunately it is necessary to cancel all future bookings, including birthdays, but we will survive and be up and... running the second this horrible virus is done and dusted! All pre-paid multi-passes will be frozen at today's date and will be able to be used when we re-open with the missing months added back on to the 'valid until' date. Don't hesitate to message us with any questions, we are still here behind the scenes and behind every one of you . Again, your ongoing support and messages are warmly received and we thank you all for helping us make this centre a success. Between our kind landlord and stimulus packages, we will be back and already look forward to seeing all you awesome parents, carers and kids! 23.01.2022 We have SO MANY BIRTHDAYS booked in the next couple of months (pre-christmas). If you have a birthday party booked in, please touch base with us to confirm your booking! We would hate to overlook any, and have so many requests coming in that we would just love to tidy up our booking system in case circumstances have changed (we understand from experience how easily this can happen) this will help us ensure the dates that are taken are never double booked, and also they day... and time you need are available! 23.01.2022 It was fantastic to have a visit from Complete Care Disability Services https://www.facebook.com/completedisabilityservice/ last week :) this beautiful boutique providers mission is "to provide person centered support that allows individuals to feel safe and secure both physically and emotionally, enabling Individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations no matter what obstacles may be in the way." What a great service, and so needed. Hope to see you back again soon!

23.01.2022 Our great friends at Moffat Beach Swim School will be holding a Sensory Splash Class this Saturday, the 22nd of August with OT Miss Sophie. This is a fantastic opportunity for children with developmental needs and NDIS participants are welcome!

23.01.2022 YOU BEAUTY!!! Our Sensory Space will be open for business from Monday the 8th of June !!! (Now taking bookings!) For the foreseeable future, we have implemented some changes due to COVID-19. This will include mandatory temperature checks and sanitizing hand wash before entry, lower numbers of visitors to each session and social distancing. We are awaiting our new Fogging Machine which will allow us to sanitize more efficiently between sessions, while session times will... remain 90 minutes long to allow for disinfecting in-between. Please note that when booking we now require the total number of visitors to register rather than just the participating children. This will allow us to cap visitors to 16 maximum each session, including parents/carers/guardians and staff. NEW DAYS! We are now open Monday through to Thursday, Fridays are closed for Therapy Sessions (available through Limitless Paediatric Therapy) and open Saturdays. Sundays are exclusively for birthday parties. I cannot tell you how excited we are to show off some of our new items! We have taken the opportunity during lock-down to add a few things here and there, and have some exciting new social activities coming up soon! Can't wait to see you all again! It's been a hard road but we have overcome, bigger and better

19.01.2022 Just a reminder of our FREE FRIENDSHIP SESSION running on Thursday the 29th October at 3.00pm. Included is a free Barista made coffee for each parent or carer, donated by Jim and Angela from The Fleet Office :) Our Sensory Space is proud to offer a safe, inclusive and fun environment where the children can play and interact while parents and carers can chat and make new friendships. This is the perfect opportunity to meet others in a similar situation, who understand and ge...t you! This initial session is specifically aimed towards parents and carers with a child of special needs and children on the Spectrum, however we will be holding more friendship groups in the future which will be available to everyone on a regular basis. You may have also noticed a new Group on our page here, "The Friendship Group". Everyone who attends a friendship session is welcome to join this group which is the perfect place to make and maintain connections with others attending the sessions. Each paying child that visits Our Sensory Space between now and December 20th, will receive a ticket in the draw, just in time for Christmas! 02.01.2022 We have gone blue for April Autism Awareness month! Let's hope that awareness builds understanding which creates inclusiveness. We miss all you guys and all your kids here, how is everyone coping with the isolation? I don't even know what day it is!! What are you all doing to stay sane? We are going for short drives as a family around the coast, it is surreal to see it so quiet! We have also had talks with our Landlord and we will definately be here when this is all ov...er and are so excited to welcome everybody back......oh happy day that will be!
