10.01.2022 It was just a regular Tuesday morning when Communications Minister Malcolm Turnbull, looking relaxed with a coffee in his hand, greeted former Strathfield councillor Danny Lim near his electorate office in Edgecliff. Mr Lim, sporting his trademark billboard, had a highly offensive double entendre slogan, which Mr Turnbull claims he was unaware of when he stopped to chat. I didnt see the words on the sign but now The Daily Telegraph has drawn it to my attention I deplore such language and will let Danny Lim know my feelings the next time I see him, Mr Turnbull told the paper. I hope The Daily Telegraph, a family newspaper, will not republish or amplify such crude abuse of our Prime Minister. Mr Lim is often seen outside Edgecliff Station with his billboard, smiley stickers and dog. Photo from The Daily Telegraph.
