10.01.2022 THANK YOU for supporting the 'Out Of The Ashes' Exhibition. We are so pleased with the outcome: 37 pieces sold which represents around 50% of the total pieces... 220+ people came to the gallery over the 3 days OOTA facebook page attracted 538 likes and 570 followers Aside from a few small sundry expenses everything was generously donated including The Wellington Gallery who took no commission or gallery rental fee. Your well wishes, support and generosity has been most appreciated. Thank you, Denise.

09.01.2022 So excited to be receiving one of the first deliveries of pieces from the South Coast to the Wellington Gallery. The incredible Amanda from Mogo drove up this morning (only to drive back again this afternoon - yes it is 4+ hrs each way). Here’s a little video of the gallery as it currently looks (big and stunning!). I'll start posting more here as we get the pieces onto the walls for the weekends Out of The Ashes Exhibition. Come see it June 12- 14.

06.01.2022 I’ve been asked by people who couldn’t make it to the exhibition how they can support the artists. I’m pasting details of Peter & Vanessa Williams Go Fund Me account which will help rebuild the old church which was their gallery.

05.01.2022 Penny Lovelock arrives with her powerful and beautiful pieces

01.01.2022 Total sales from the OOTA exhibition: $32,400 Thank you to all the artists who said YES to partipatiing in the exhibition; Rod Hayes, Raewyn Lawrence, Amanda William, Jo Victoria, Grace Paleg, Penny Lovelock, Ritchie Sealy, Paul Dimmer, Sandra Hendy and John Sharman. Thanks also to Di Appleby and Julia Mia Holmes for being a part of the on line exhibition. . It’s been quite the ride and I hope the sales and the physical exhibition go a little way in you knowing that we stand... by you and care about all you’ve been through. Though the exhibition has finished there is still art available on Flickr for sale and you can also follow the artists on FB and Instagram. The title of Peter Williams painting below ‘Regeneration’ seems fitting. Thanks, Denise
