19.01.2022 We have had some questions about the construction of our correctional saddle pads. They are individually made to suit the particular issues effecting that horse. They are made by sewing layers off cotton wadding together to give the placement and amount of padding required when compressed. All coverings are also cotton to ensure the pad an breath. Photo 1 shows the three layers used in our standard pad. Photo 2 shows the addition bar padding, (2 layers), and the bridging padding, (4 layers), which are cut at varying lengths to minise ridges. Photo 3 shows a finished pad ready to be trimmed and have the edge binding sewn on.

17.01.2022 Time to pack up and start heading home after being here for nearly 5 days.

16.01.2022 Karoonda field day done and dusted. After beautiful weather for the week leading up to the event we battled rain showers and strong winds all weekend. We were lucky with only one old gazebo cover damaged. The event was very successful and we will definitely be back.
