09.01.2022 Good news for Alice Springs and Desert Palms. Sydneysiders will be allowed into the Northern Territory from early next month, with Sydney eliminated as a ‘hot spot’. As it stands, from Friday, October 9, arrivals from Sydney will not need to undertake 14 days of supervised quarantine on arriving in the NT. Hopefully, we will see the borders open to everybody very soon without restrictions -- the team at Desert Palms look forward to giving our inter-state visitors a big welcome again. The iconic train will operate on Sundays from Adelaide and Wednesdays from Darwin.
