21.01.2022 My dream is to help more guys into the practice of Yoga. It was great to wake up this morning to read such a positive reason for me to keep doing what I do. Hi Aaron, I just wanted to say thanks so much for the yoga class this morning. I’ve honestly never done anything so focused on the hips and lower back and It feels like It’s reactivated muscles that have been laying dormant for years. So again thank you. 21.01.2022 Once upon a time all I wanted was a tone ripped body. I thought once I got there everything would be great, being fit and strong was what life’s all about right? How wrong I was. This photo was taken 7 years ago today on Magnetic Island. Physically I was feeling well yet emotionally weak, burnt out and not self aware. It was the first step in creating higher self awareness and the relationship I have with my mind. I’m grateful for what fitness taught me. It was a crucial stage in helping me realising that life is so much greater than myself. 7 years later I am in a much better place. Change happens if we are patient and don’t force it. Step by step, one day at a time.

13.01.2022 Something really rare happened this morning. An all male Yin Yoga gathering! Thanks guys for getting up early , bending your backs and connecting yoga with nature. Hope to see some female participation next Sunday
12.01.2022 My body was once so tight I couldn’t get anywhere near touching my toes. My mind was so busy I couldn’t get to sleep. Through regular practice of Yin Yoga I was able to heal both my body and my mind. No medication, no massage needed. Life doesn’t have to be a constant battle. We just need to make space for the body and mind to settle, and it will.
08.01.2022 When we are calm the impossible can become possible. Just me and a wild Eagle sharing life together. We looked into each other’s eyes for about 10 minutes before he allowed me to come close. They say animals pick up on disturbance. Trust comes when we are calm.I’m grateful to be able to connect so intimately with nature.
07.01.2022 Today I’m 2 years, 730 days into a 1000 day meditation practice called Kirtan Krita. It’s literally changed my life, my understanding of myself and the relationship I have with my mind. Showing up every day, building routine and being patient are the foundations for change. All we need to do is make a start, enjoy the journey and no be in a hurry to get too far too quickly. Change happens moment by moment, one day at a time.
