14.02.2022 BUSSELL IS BACK! . Since coming back to Melbourne our life has been so hectic with weddings, catch-ups, catching covid, house settlement, squeezing in some work and planning our own wedding that we haven’t felt like travellers in a long time. It also made us feel a little guilty as doggo parents that we hadn’t taken Ralphy on an adventure for a while. .... Cannot tell you how good it was to get away for a few days, just the three of us. It was the reset we needed and we think we’ve got the bug again. See more

25.01.2022 Couldn’t believe our eyes this morning when we looked out the bus window and spotted snow on the peaks of the surrounding ranges. Last year we were blown away by the red glow of this iconic mountain range and this time we got to see it in a completely different light. . After treating a few of the station staff this morning we spent the afternoon driving around taking it all in, with a few choc chip cookie and cuppa breaks along the way to warm up.

22.01.2022 We’re hitting the road again! After a few months of isolation, bus building and finally being able to see some friends and family.. It’s time for us to get back to what we love doing - helping remote communities and travelling Aus. We are heading over the SA border and going into self quarantine at a friends property for 14 days where we will put some final touches on Bussell and start booking in clients! Keep an eye out for this not so speedy demon on the road and continue to follow us on our new journey!

18.01.2022 We still pinch ourselves at how lucky we are to work on the road, we love our work life balance whilst helping people all over Aus. . But what are the chances that working on the road led both us and friends we met back in WA to the remote outback town of Andamooka. .... These guys are out here searching for opals for their beautiful jewellery @placid.gems and it was so much fun being showed the ropes and finding a few little cheeky opals and crystals ourselves. . 18.01.2022 Never a dull moment hanging with this adorable family. We met these guys halfway down the west coast last year and since then we’ve made so many memories together but the last few days were something special. . We capped off an awesome few days of catch ups, bakeries, breweries, surfs, cook ups and babysitting with an epic sunset at the beach. Probably our last for a while, although the kids made sure we won’t forget the beach anytime soon as they brought a healthy layer of... sand into the bus . 17.01.2022 This family of three has finally left the Eyre Peninsula. . What’s the plan now you ask? We’ve got a few days off around the Fleurieu peninsula before heading over to Kangaroo island for an Osteopathy outreach trip. We know this community has been hit super hard with bushfires at the start of the year and then the reduced tourism impact of COVID-19 so we’ve modified our price and services to ensure there are no financial barriers for this community in accessing healthcare. ...We believe all Aussies deserve adequate access to healthcare and we are doing our bit to make this a reality. . 17.01.2022 Tomorrow is two years to the day since we adopted a skinny, shy and sad looking 6 month old pup. He had a hard start to life but we’ve tried our best to give him a happy one since then. He’s pee’d on trees and pooped on beaches all over Australia and has now spent more of his life on the road than in a house. He came into our life and a few weeks later we decided to hit the road. Who rescued who? People say he was lucky to find us but we’ve always said we were the luc...ky ones to find him. He’s the best decision we’ve ever made hands down. . Anyone that’s followed our journey over the past year and a half knows Ralph looks smashing in a pair of sunnies, has some strangely kangaroo like qualities and has an ability to make you laugh no matter what type of mood you are in. Keep an eye on our stories, tomorrow we’ve got some great Ralph content coming up to celebrate our life with this perfect pup.. . 15.01.2022 Yesterday was the first day we’ve pulled up on the coast whilst living in Bussell. When we purchased this old bus and throughout the entire renovation process we dreamed of parking him at the beach for nights like this. How good is it when things you have manifested become reality. . We slept with the curtains open and woke up to an amazing sunrise over the ocean out the windows surrounding our bed. If that’s not a perfect start to a Sunday then I don’t know what is. .... We came here so I could swim with the Giant Cuttlefish but this little campsite ended up being the highlight. 13.01.2022 This is the happiest day of our lives so far. . The last 18 months on this journey together has solidified one thing and that’s the fact that we are crazy about each other. I’m unbelievably excited to spend the rest of my life with you Mandy.

13.01.2022 Down south you get some pretty chilly and blowy winter days but we are so lucky in Australia that we can still get days like this in the middle of winter. Not a breath of wind, warm morning sun and butterflies out to photobomb your shot. . We have left the Fleurieu and already can’t wait to come back and enjoy this place in the summer months.
13.01.2022 How good is pulling up to camp and having a squid on the line 10 minutes later. If you look really closely you will see me and my fishing apprentice having a blast catching dinner. . I love that we can pull up and catch our own food and be eating it a few hours later. I’ve been dreaming about fishing these waters the last month we have been working up in the desert and it was nice to catch Mandy her favourite food. I am so lucky my dad taught me how I fish as a kid .... These few days here at the coast have been such a great reset and thanks to Mother Nature we have filled up our cup and are ready to head back into another big month of remote Osteopathy. See more
12.01.2022 We were having serious Ralphy withdrawals when we spotted these two little pups. We were so curious about them and they shared that curiosity coming right up to the wheels of our car for a good sniff. . So cute we wish we could have got our for a cuddle. Important to remember these guys are wild and it’s important to try and impact their lifestyle as little as possible when visiting K’gari.
12.01.2022 The happiest of birthdays to this amazing man. . It’s been a long few months and now celebrating not only our last day in quarantine but your birthday, it finally feels like the light at the end of an unpredictable tunnel. Bring on the next year of hard yakka, helping others, taking our brand to a new level and having a bloody blast back on the road in Bussell along the way. . ... I love our new little home on wheels which you put so much time and energy into making perfect for our lil fam bam of three. I’m so happy I get to be your partner on this journey and proud of everything you have achieved. . I love that most of our days on the road usually end up like this: around a fire at sunset, ralphie on your lap and an epic view. I hope I get to look across at this grin for a long time yet. . 12.01.2022 WHAT A WEEK! . Last night we spent another great 24 hours out in the bush a short drive from where we are currently living. We had plenty to celebrate too . 1) Our biggest week of clients since the birth of Outback Osteos ... 2) Mandy’s movement classes are up and running for the week ahead (and fully booked, what an absolute wonder woman ) 3) We found a cute little campsite with a driveway lined with Sturt Desert Peas . 10.01.2022 For the past 7 weeks our Bussell Coight has been parked out the front of the clinic here in Roxby Downs acting as a giant billboard. The kids here have been calling him the relaxing bus or doctor bus and we always hear people comment on him as they walk down the street. . Spending so much time inside working we must admit we even get excited to drive him down to the park or out bush. We usually get plenty of looks as we cruise down the main street too, probably becau...se Ralph is sitting on the passenger seat with his tongue flapping around in the breeze. . Two weeks until we are back in this bad boy full time and whilst it’s been nice to have some creature comforts in the house while we have been flat out working we are both excited to wake up to a different view each day and explore new parts of this beautiful state. 08.01.2022 Roxby Downs, the little oasis in the desert that found us exactly when we needed it. We’ve called this place home for a total of 12 weeks, the longest we’ve been anywhere for over 18 months. The perfect place to wait out the storm, reconnect with our passion and drive and more importantly help a community in need. What a beautiful community they have up here, we’ve made some great friends and will genuinely be sad to drive away next week. . This year has been crazy, unpredictable and unsettling for so many people. We didn’t plan to be where we are but we feel really blessed to have been able to spend it doing what we love in such a beautiful part of the country. To all our fellow Victorian Osteos, we are so excited that the end is in sight for you guys and that you will be back doing what you love in no time.

07.01.2022 KANGAROO ISLAND OUTREACH TRIP Next Sunday and Monday we will be providing Osteopathy to a community that’s been hit hard in 2020. They experienced devastating fires at the start of the year and have only just begun to get back on their feet now after the tourism impact of COVID-19. As such we will be providing this service at a discounted fee to ensure there are no financial barriers to this community in accessing healthcare. If you know anyone on Kangaroo Island that’s been doing it tough and needs our help then we would love your help in sharing this post with them.

06.01.2022 We have been so excited to unbox our new @ecosa_sleep mattress and pillows. After all our hard work with the renovations, putting in our mattress has transformed Bussell from a busy workshop to a cosy little home. . Not only does the mattress have three adjustable layers of firmness but so do the pillows! This feature is something hard to find when it comes to pillows and trust us, we have tried so many! We frequently get questions from clients, family and friends about the ...right mattress and pillows for them, so for anyone who has asked - this is it. 04.01.2022 Sometimes we just have to pinch ourselves and look around at this life we’ve created. It hasn’t always been easy but we are so happy that we are where we are. . Our little bus parked in front of the big blue ocean, sea breeze coming through the windows and all three of us basking in the afternoon sun. It’s moments like this when you realise you’re dreams have become reality infront of your very eyes.

01.01.2022 Today is the first day in a whole month since this guy has had a day off. . I am super proud to be able to call this man not only my boyfriend but my business partner, personal chef, bus driver and biggest advocate for my whirl wind of ever changing ideas. .... We spend 24/7 together, working and living in each other’s pockets and i love that we still can’t wait to sit down for dinner each night and talk about our days. . It’s been over 5 years but I still can’t help but smile at how excited you get about planning our adventures, helping people in new towns, taking Ralph to any beach, catching fish or squid for dinner and dreaming about our future. . Thank you for supporting me and Ralphy so well. We would be lost salty dawgs if it wasn’t for you. I can’t wait for everything to come and I can’t imagine being more than 50m away from you at any one time. See more
