25.01.2022 OPENING SOON! Outback Rib Shack are new to Kalgoorlie-Boulder as a mobile business and will be serving up bbq ribs, pork & chicken bao buns, hot chips, a delicious range of salads and more at this years Kids Fest! Be sure to get in quick as we believe we may sell out fast no matter how well we are trying to prepare for the huge amount of people that will be coming through the gates! Fingers crossed for everything to run smoothly as we want to deliver our best food and service possible! Hope to see you there!

24.01.2022 Kids fest day 1 done and dusted! We had a few mishaps, the power kept cutting out on us so we didn’t have our curly fries for some customers which we apologise for. We had some little cheeky’s wipe all our chalk board writing off which we didn’t notice till later so sorry if you couldn’t read our menus We served hundreds of customers throughout the day, so for our first try at this we think we did ok. Hopefully tomorrow runs smoothly and we look forward to seeing you all then. Note: we have salads, pasta and drinks available along with all our bbq food

23.01.2022 A little update. We are now more mobile! Yay! Needs a paint job eventually and logo etc but we are super pleased with our new van! Will be ready to start doing bookings again soon!

22.01.2022 2 salads available for tomorrow at this years Youth Fest! One is a taco salad and the other is fruit. Pop on down and grab them while stocks last! Also of course there will be our RIBS and other meat packs available! Hope to see you there!

20.01.2022 Deliveries DONE! Sorry to anybody who missed out. We were doing a special delivery service today due to the cancellation of Kids fest. We had left over stock. We had well over 60 orders tonight to all do one after another which was wayyyyyyyy more than we planned for!! So apologies for the food not being as hot as we would have liked but we hope you enjoyed your meals. Thank you for the support and keep an eye out for when we pop up next

10.01.2022 So all day today we have been prepping for the big weekend of kids fest. Hundreds and hundreds of ribs and other amazing foods all ready to go!! Hope the weather is kind to us See you all there

09.01.2022 Cooking ribs tomorrow!! Come see us down at the Kalgoorlie Boulder racing club! There is a small fundraising event being held along with market stalls and food! It’s a gold coin donation at the gate. No salads tomorrow sorry, just ribs and chips and drinks while stocks last. Hope to see you there. Gates open 8am!
