02.01.2022 Congratulations to Declan on completing his Metal Fabrication Apprenticeship! Declan has been with us since the start of Outback Trays in 2016, we took on a shy 16 year old who was keen to get a start in metal fabrication, due to the rapid response we received for our trays Declan didn’t get much time to transform from being a student to entering a rapid growing business. He spent his first few months working very closely with Nathan on new tray designs and learning what wa...s required to manufacture a quality product. Declan learned quite quickly under the guidance of the initial staff at Outback Trays and within the first year was putting out trays as good as most qualified fabricators. As you can see by the quality and work required on some of the trays showcased he has really excelled in his field and we look forward to watching him continue to grow within the business manufacturing complex Tray and Canopy packages for our customer requirements. It has been a pleasure to work with Declan and watch his transformation into the skilled tradesman he has become, we have put together some of his work in the following photos some of which he completed as a second year apprentice including his own Tray!
