18.01.2022 IMPORTANT MESSAGE COMING - READ ON 2020 sure has been a different year BUT I do hope that all of you can say that you still came thru it A-OK, things learnt, things to be grateful for. Did it make you think about what really matters in life? It sure did for me...... Family Health Doing the things in life that spark joy It is actually possible that health and sparking joy can go together! I know some of you might not believe me...but hear me out... While the service we provide is fitness training, making my champs healthy and fit - being a part of our group, training together brings sooooo much more! It’s the people you connect with in life that can really bring joy - the people that help you when it’s tough - the people that become great friends that give you a good laugh - that’s joy! It’s what I missed most in our lockdown month - the human interaction, the banter, the laughs. So go find your joy, whatever it is, do it NOW - not later, you never know what is over the horizon. If that joy happens to look after your health too, what a bonus! It could be dance, a walking group, bike riding with your family, handstands in the back yard or trying a great fitness training crew based at Ernest Johnson Reserve PLEEEEASE give your health and happiness priority in 2021. Make the time for these things - if we learn anything from 2020 - let this be it! Make the changes to take care of yourself and your family. Don’t just say 2021 will be a great year... Style For You Hair Design in Carlisle - the absolutely fabulous Lara donated her time late into Wednesday night to colour Mel's hair. I know how darn precious time ...is, so I can't thank Lara enough for surprising me with this donation. Lara and her team are brilliant, I have a blast hanging there when I get my hair done! Liquor Barons Herdsman - Simone's local boozer has very generously discounted and donated the drinks for our event tonight. It means we can donate more to BCCWA with their generosity.
