25.01.2022 This week is Seniors Week, be sure to check out the Health & Active Moreton Bay website to see what affordable activities are available for our seniors in the community. Including All Inclusive Fitness over 55s group exercise every Monday and Wednesday from 7-8am running until December. This is low impact exercise that you can do at your own pace. 25.01.2022 Not just an ordinary day of Wednesday morning boot camp today! For weeks we have been noticing a lone and dedicated runner passing our park and back again. Then we came to learn about Ryan Crawford The White Kenyan - WOW! ... Ryan has been training for the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail - Ultra Run scheduled for July 24th- 320km. So for several weeks he has been clocking up his training Ks in our training ground of Sandstone Point and Bribie Island averaging 230 330km per week! 5 back to back marathons a week since May! Today he stopped by for a pic and a few of us joined him on part of his route for a 10-minute warm up run! What an awesome down to earth guy! 25.01.2022 Our 8-week challenge is done and dusted! This challenge was about team effort and everyone who completed the challenge won an All Inclusive T-shirt and the winning team a AIF workout towel! We all enjoyed our end of challenge drinks at the Social on Saturday afternoon! It was a hard-earned thirst ... Monday was about seeing how far we have come with some fitness testing - there was some awesome outcomes for all that hard work. Now time to get planning our next challenge to take us to the end of 2020! Well done Crew!

24.01.2022 Its 2 weeks until our next 8-week challenge starts. Are you in? If you have been thinking of joining us, now is the perfect time. The challenge which starts on February 3rd and finishes on March 14th is a fun way to get involved, get focused, improve your health and fitness as well as make some new friends who all have similar goals. The challenge runs on a point system, for each session you attend you earn points, and each week there is an online challenge completed via o...ur private Facebook group which is also another way to earn points. Points = prizes, such as All-Inclusive merch Caps, T-shirts drink bottles and the opportunity to win free training weeks! This is the 7th Challenge All Inclusive has run, we have found them to be so effective at keeping our members focused and motivated, it also creates a fun and competitive atmosphere amongst the group. 21.01.2022 On May 1st we started the challenge to run or walk 50k in May today at the months end we can all say challenge achieved!! Everyone who opted into the challenge have each achieved to run/walk at least 50k in May! Some achieving much more Collectively we have run/walked 886.79kms in May wow! What an awesome outcome. Well done everyone, and thanks for supporting and encouraging each other.

21.01.2022 It is week 6 of our 8 Week challenge, and over the last 6 weeks we have Completed the teams 100k walk run challenge (teams combined total was 356.43 in 5 days) A week of Pilates focused practice. ... Given up meat or alcohol for a week (some both) Completed the teams 600 Push up challenge, in fact both teams combined completed 4491 push ups total over 5 days. The master chef challenge, members cooked up some healthy and delicious meals to share with the group. Now we are into our 4-Core challenge and will be feeling those abs after this week! Every challenge aims to give members the confidence to do something they didn’t think otherwise possible, either by what we put into our bodies or what we expect of our bodies. It if doesn’t challenge us then it doesn’t change us! Now spring is here, and we are enjoying the earlier sunrise and later sunsets! Check out the pics for some highlights, including our wicked fun stair session, beach runs are back, and the low impact 7am sessions which are getting bigger each week. 21.01.2022 WITH CHALLENGE COMES CHANGE! Starting Monday, we are kicking off our 8-week Spring challenge yes spring is 16 days away! If you are in a place where you need some extra motivation and inspiration to shift some covid kilos, maybe this challenge is just what you need!... The purpose of the challenge is to help you create the habit of attending regular sessions because exercise done regularly is what yields awesome results! The challenge helps you get to know others better and gives you a sense of team and belonging. You also get a T-shirt, and with commitment and hard work achieve some personal goals. Each week we will do an online challenge with the aim that you will pick up some other habits, knowledge, ideas and inspiration for a healthier life! The Challenge for you! Attend at least 3 sessions per week (any session I deliver 11 per week) Pick a personal goal at least 1 share it with me and achieve that goal by the end of the 8 weeks, which of course you will because I will be checking in with you. Work with your team to earn the points to pass the challenge. Do all of that consistently for 8 weeks. Prizes End of challenge prizes are T-shirts for everyone when your team earns 400+ points. The team with the most points wins an extra bonus prize. When you achieve your personal goal, you will win the prize of boosted confidence, a sense of achievement, and a can-do attitude! The best prize of all. If you are keen to join but not sure about opting into the challenge first off no problem, you can still join up and challenge yourself to achieve all of the above without being actively involved in the team challenge. 20.01.2022 All Inclusive Fitness is giving back to the community through the provision of regular low-cost group fitness sessions at Brennan Park Bribie Island. Each Monday and Wednesday at 7am $4 per session. Come along and join us in a low impact group exercise session. That means nothing crazy! no running, jumping or high intensity exercise. You can do it at you own pace, with no pressure to keep up with anyone or anything but your own expectations. 18.01.2022 Week 1 of our challenge done! Its been a busy week with some weird weather and maybe workouts leading up to our 8-week challenge. Fog and rainbows, wind and sunshine! We are pleased to also welcome some new members to our Health & Active Moreton 7am Monday and Wednesday sessions. This group is getting bigger which is wonderful, but with the Covid restrictions of 10 per group its important to book in for these and all sessions! We have 2 teams working together for points t...o win the 8-week challenge. The competition is on! Last week we played the 6 degrees of separation challenge, if you havent heard of that look it up. We are satisfied the theory is real almost every member within their team of 9 was able to connect with another team member through 6 people or less (not including boot camp associations) not easy! This week they are both completing 100k in 7 days!! Good luck teams!!

16.01.2022 With stage 2 of the Corona Virus Pandemic being implemented, Boot Camp and Personal Trainers are still able to operate with groups of 10 people or less with social distancing rules to apply. However, it is in the best interest of our own and others health and safety that we all isolate ourselves as best we can now to do our bit to help reduce the spread. Lucky for us we have other options, and I am now delivering virtual boot camps online for my members. We will be getting ac...tive at home and staying connected online. Its more important now that we find ways to keep moving and stay positive in these strange times. Stay safe everyone and hopefully we are back in the park soon. Lisa

08.01.2022 All Inclusive Fitness is 2 today!! and its been a huge 2 years! Starting off with two members across Caboolture and Bribie... 2 years later here we are! there have been a few push-ups and burpees in the park since then!! I have grown a lot as a business and as a trainer, and I wouldnt be doing what I love without each and everyone of you. If you come to 9 sessions per week or 1 every now and then, I appreciate your business, the personal stories, experiences and goal...s that you have entrusted to share with me. Its been so much more than exercise in the park, there is an awesome community of amazing people that go with that. So thank you to my current and past members for helping me get to 2 years they say that most businesses fail in the first 12 months and there have been some weeks where I have wondered what the hell am I doing and how long I can keep this up! but then I get to the park and its all so easy and fun! (for me mostly ) and boot camp is like business - it's bloody hard! but oh so worth it when you put in the work and see the results! So Happy Birthday to us! and thank you to my All Inclusive Crew for your support! you are all such an awesome bunch that inspire me no end! Lisa x

07.01.2022 Its so great to announce we are back! Boot Camp in the park STARTING AGAIN SATURDAY 16TH MAY. All Inclusive Fitness has been running group exercise at Brennan Park since July 2018. We have really missed our community since being in lockdown, but now that its safe to resume thats exactly what we are going to do. Offering 9 sessions per week of high and low impact group exercise. Sessions designed for all fitness levels - you can work at you own pace and run you o...wn race! We are so excited to be back we are offering any new comers 3 free sessions. 04.01.2022 3 WEEKS LATER.. Restrictions have eased and we are 1 week into our 8-week winter challenge. Outside of sessions our challenge this week is to complete 250 squats between Monday Friday!... Thats only 50 per day and the great thing about squats is you can do them anywhere, and they are the best exercise for our glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps and hips, and they need not be boring as there are so many different ways to do them! We also have to hold a squat every time we brush our teeth, or are waiting for the kettle or microwave to finish and dynamic squats (moving squats) at every ad break if we are watching TV. Why dont you challenge yourself this week with the squat challenge! Key things to remember when performing a squat. 1. Push your heels into the ground and not roll up or forward on your toes 2. Dont allow your knee to go past your toes in the squat 3. Keep your knees in line with your toes, not allowing them to flare our or roll in 4. Go down just to where your hips and knees forms a straight line and no lower than this as it put's added strain on your knees. 5. Keep shoulders strong and back facing forward, dont allow your self to slouch forward 6. If you have trouble keeping steady raise your hands in front of you to maintain balance.
