22.01.2022 HAVE YOU RIDDEN OR HIKED THE WAMBENGER TRAILS? Chances are you have! The new branding for the Collie trails was announced last Sunday and the name Wambenger has... been chosen for all the trails around Collie; mtb, hiking and even a paddle trail. The Wambenger is a cute little fellow with an interesting life story! If you are lucky you may even see one along the trails. There are quite a few popping up around town too these days! :-) The Wambenger Trails include all the old favourites, Arklow and Mt Lennard mtb trails, the Karak and River Walks in Collie, the Wellington NP hiking trails and the Honeymoon Pool paddle trail. There are already 3 new trails at Arklow and work has commenced on a series of epic new mtb trails in WNP and the extension of the Wiilman Bilya hiking trail. And if that isn't enough, there is a series of trails to be built in the Westralia Conservation Park on the western edge of Collie town site over the next couple of years. So which Wambenger trail will you ride, hike or paddle next? Join the discussion at https://www.facebook.com/wambengertrails . .
