23.01.2022 Welcome Back Everyone! we have been locked up for way too long OutFit24 Reopening Monday 22nd of June! We are so excited! OutFit24 will reopen 9am on Monday 22nd June as per the government announcement. We have missed all our members and the energy of the club. Thank you for all your support during these times.

20.01.2022 Who's been able to bring the same level of intensity they have in the gym, to their workouts at home? I'd say for those who at least have some equipment, the mental battle from a bad atmosphere is the hardest obstacle to overcome for a good lift. Try and make it fun, there are nor rules, but your own rules at home and include your family members if possible. Help each other. Blast your favorite music out loud, toss some of your favorite bodybuilding or fitness motivation on your laptop and go into the workout with a set plan. All in all, try and make it fun, we're all in this together and it looks like it going to be a while, so make the best of a shitty situation.... See you all on the other side. www.outfit24.com.au
