17.01.2022 That winter solstice light... this was one of our cocktails from our World Gin Day lunch (for only $10 might I add)... our next lunch celebrating our 1 YEAR BIRTHDAY will be just as good... this guy is @ink_gin with grapefruit juice, Sichuan bitters, grapefruit sorbet & rosemary with a teeny dash of tonic (see the colour change. The gin turns from bluish purple to pink when you add tonic) we'll give you a shout when it's back on the menu as a special

07.01.2022 One of our gins for the Saturday World Gin lunch... Brookies Rainforest Gin - made on a macadamia farm in Byron Bay. Containing 26 native ingredients 18 of which come straight from the rainforest out back. Including finger lime, blood lime, macadamia nuts, native raspberry, Dorrigo pepper, cinnamon myrtle, riberries, wild river mint, Davidson plumbs plus a heap more (all pictured here)... only a limited amount of tickets left to get in and try it!!! @brookiesgin
