29.12.2021 I think many retrenchments in Adelaide at the moment are happening quietly and many are red-deployment situations where people are being assisted to re-train for other jobs within the same organisation. If you know an organisation that's seeking to assess skills of many workers for re-deployment Development at Work Australia (Adelaide based) have expertise in designing assessment, development and re-deployment centres.
