21.01.2022 Your thoughts. What did you think of the comp this year? Do you think there should be a slightly smaller season but finish with a premiership and also an old school top 4/6 play off to decide the best team rather than just first past the post alone? We would love to hear your thoughts on the comp structure etc...

18.01.2022 Sandringham Sharks, a team that never gives up. Looking for their first win this weekend.

11.01.2022 The 2014 season has come to end. Bentleigh Greens FC in their inaugural year with the league have taken out the title. Congratulations to Bentleigh and by far the best team in the competition this year only loosing 2 games.

10.01.2022 Round Robin Tournament This weekend, Saturday the 13th of September, will see the end of season Round Robin tournament. Teams this year include, Bentleigh, Brighton Seagulls, Brighton Albion, Sandringham Royals, Sandringham Sharks, Glen Waverley, Frankston Pines and this year we are lucky to have 2 teams outside the Southern league join us. Those teams are Juventus Old Boys and Eltham Red Backs from the Northern League. Both loaded with talent of yesteryear so it should be a great competition. Kick off is 1pm for the first lot of 3 games at Dendy park Brighton with League presentation of Premieres trophy and MVP award at 3.55pm. Please show your support and get down. Food and drink available.

09.01.2022 The August 4, 2014 8:00 pm Game, Glen Waverley Ashburton United FC @ Knox Sporting Complex was abandon due to lighting issues at the ground. The ground organisers are disappointed that only 8 people turned up with candles when the contract Glen Waverley have with the ground stipulates all players must bring candles. Candles-r-us.com have offered to supply 2 dozen candles to avoid this issue in the future.

05.01.2022 The final points are up for the 2014 season. MVP points and the Ladder has been updated for the final time. A catch up game was played between Glen Waverley and Ashburton last Monday night to complete the season fixture.
