25.01.2022 Don't be a victim of a telco scam. Currently the scammers are working on your ignorance that NBN is a wholesale company, rather that a service provider like ourselves. If you receive a phone call from someone claiming to be from the NBN or other large corporation, then chances are they are not telling truth.... Never believe that they are helping your out with fixing up your computer if you haven't had earlier dealing with them. They will request you go to certain sites to load software that allows them further access to your computer, and therefore your private information. Never give our personal information or credit card details.

24.01.2022 Beware, it is easy to be caught out.

20.01.2022 If you get a call on your phone from 08 7200 4125 Claiming to be the ATO, ignore it, because it is just a scammer.... And from someone I know told me the following, If you get a legitimate call from the ATO it will come from a PRIVATE number. ALL ATO outbound lines are private. If you get a call and you're not sure ask for their name and extension number to call them back, then call the ATO switch board on 02 6216 1111 (or 13 28 61) and ask to be put through. DON'T JUST ASK IF THE PERSON WORKS THERE BECAUSE SCAMMERS HAVE BEEN USING THE NAMES OF ACTUAL ATO EMPLOYEES. And if it's not an actual person on the other end it's not the ATO.
