24.01.2022 Overton Terraces is the first of it's kind in Cottesloe. The residences are modern and minimalistic as most amenity is located outside the complex. If you want to go for a swim - walk down to the beach, if you want to hit the gym - head down to the exercise equipment.

23.01.2022 A Mayoral candidate for Cottesloe has chosen to post misleading information on Overton Terraces. This information included the assertion that we were able to build higher when in fact the previous building was far higher, please see the attached diagram. What has been built has been bought by owner occupiers from the immediate area who have been unable to find any new developments in Cottesloe. If you look at the photo attached you will see what was demolished and if you loo...k at our main picture on our Facebook page, this is what has replaced that structure. All is in accordance with the R codes and Cottesloe By Laws as well as State Planning Guidelines.
