12.01.2022 Hey guys! I'm running a massive open outdoor group session! I want to get as many people as i can involed and everyone has a free trail! If your into fitness and boxing then this is for you! It will be held at next to the playground in emerald on the corner of Kilvington drive and Heroes Ave. It will be on Saturday the 5th March at 9am involving HIIT and Boxing and will run for an hour, come along, bring a friend, have some fun, meet some new people and learn some boxing skills, please let me know if your interested or if your coming!
