21.01.2022 BRIGHT OFFICE OPEN SUNDAY 12TH JAN 9.30AM 4PM Rain gods answered our prayers last night! How beautiful was it waking up to blue skies and thinking What bushfire threat? We’ve helped so many valued clients this past week and still have plenty to contact over the forthcoming weeks to come.... While we have some breathing space, and before the fire threat presents itself again, Steve will have our Bright office open tomorrow at 9.30am 4pm! Steve will be able to assist existing customers, review their current insurance program and lodge potential business interruption claims due to the loss of trade. All policies will respond differently to this event, meaning lots of negotiations with insurers and assessor a in respect to coverage. We ask that you please be mindful that some requests may take a bit more time than usual, as not only are we dealing with many claims, but we like many other small businesses in the area, are in the height of one of our busiest business trading seasons. Also note, that at this stage, Insurers still have embargoes enforced on many areas around the country, especially the Alpine region. With the uncertainty of fire event and accessibility on Monday, our Bright office will be open Monday from 9am, by the guidance of local authorities. We’ve been in contact with our Insurers and other stake holders following the community meeting held in Bright and have been equipped with emergency claims contacts.
