23.01.2022 Wall garden and garden that I designed and constructed in Mona Vale. Some of the plants were changed in the final parts of the construction due to lack of stock and the clients preferences. The brief was entertaining, low maintenance, inclusion of water and incorporation of a wall garden.

20.01.2022 Nearly completed sunken fire pit and the finished raised vege bed. All constructed from sandstone. I it was hard work getting the materials down the back if the property and digging the fire pit by hand however we managed to pull it off.

17.01.2022 New arbour for bowral pridject designed and built by Owen Dark Gardens. Timber is 130mm iron bark. The structure brings some height to the garden as well as framing the pathway.

17.01.2022 This water feature in the wall garden was an important part of the garden as the clients wanted a pond however with there being a small child in the household I had to look at alternative methods. Therefore the idea of the water spilling over into a pit below was discussed and further designing lead into this fabricated steel channel with a steel shoot to carry the water into the rocks below which hide the pit. Once the ferns and lush plants will fill all around this modern take on the natural waterfall.
