06.01.2022 Hi DB fans, Some things to note re the new release, "Wandering Earth": 1) Owl Baby is going live with it on Sunday not Saturday, to reduce congestion and possible oversells; 2) Its a small order with 28 out of 37 prints, in singles and doubles, plus 10 swim naps; 3) In the event of an oversell you will be notified and placed on back order for a week. 03.01.2022 Dear Owl Baby family, a P.S.A. from me: Before I went overseas I received two orders (from two friends) with an address that has since turned out to be an International mail forwarding company. These orders have not reached their destinations and are presumably still with this company somewhere. In all honesty I do not know how these warehouses work and have not had any prior experience dealing with them. Whilst I will ship certain products overseas, there are others that ca...nnot be sent, due to insurance issues or legal contracts with supplier companies. If I had known that the address supplied was a mail forwarding company I would have cancelled the orders immediately. As it was I had to deal with two customers constantly contacting me while the store was closed and I was with my children on holiday. If you live overseas and wish to make a purchase, please contact me for a direct shipping quote. I will advise you whether it is an item I am able to post to you, and provide you with the option of purchasing tracking and/or insurance. No mail forwarding addresses will be accepted and if I suspect the address is one of those, the order will be cancelled immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
