14.01.2022 My actual level of happiness after spending 3 full days and nights with 30 of THE MOST incredible creative BUSINESS BADASSES I’ve ever met. This week we threw down a 3-Day Summit here in Byron Bay for our newest High-End Hustlers, and damn was it good. The undeniable commradery when women show up to whole-heartedly support, encourage and grow one another is one of the greatest joys to experience. Our newest crew were all that and more. We laughed, cried, ate, danced, hike...d and played together through an intense and truly life-changing experience. Today my heart is exploding with gratitude for being able to experience community on such a powerful and authentic level. For me, productivity isn't driven by the need to get more done. 11.01.2022 Two years later and I still LOVE walking into this space every day to work. When we first moved into our studio tucked away in the Byron Bay Industrial Estate is was pretty bleak. We called it OC home, brought in 40+ plants, and beautiful pieces from our friends near and far including @wearepampa @the_plantroom @nouvelle_nomad @tigmitrading and many more.... We called it OC Home, and that's exactly how it feels. These walls hold deep transformations, internal alignments, call outs and call ups, community and collaboration, and above all an environment where everyone supports one another to be the absolute best and most expanded versions of themselves. Oh yeah, and we grow businesses too.
