22.01.2022 Day 2 of renovating. Painting the ceiling. This took us all day to do. We were covered in it, big rolling poles to reach, but these were the flimsy roof panels, so we couldn't press too hard as they would lift and move. ... We realised as we finished, there was 1 panel missing on the floor. We painted it within a second... 19.01.2022 The start of Oxbridge, as soon as we had the keys we were straight in the shop, We worked so hard and built the shop with our own hands! We were at the shop from 7.30pm to 2/3am for 2 weeks creating our design from paper to the real thing! I've got all the feels just thinking about it, the excitement, the nerves to running a business but I had the BEST mentor anyone could ask for!... Alan, ugh my heart! 18.01.2022 ITS OUR 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!! Heres to 4 years!! This year hasn't been the best, for all of us. And i just want to say a huge thanks to Al, twice yesterday I kept getting his smell, then realised it's our birthday. You lived the dream in such a short time.... You worked so hard and opened 5 great shops, you shared your dream, you created a team. You set us barbers up for life and we appreciate everything you done for us. You wouldn't even take your share I'll be forever grateful and I certainly haven't took advantage of everything you worked so hard for. I'll keep it going. Heres to moving forward and building a stronger shop. Thanks to my team for working so hard, maybe not this year but I appreciate everything! Now! I want to say a huge THANKYOU to all our loyal customers, we wouldn't be here without you, thankyou for your kindness, custom, support and patience.

17.01.2022 Oohh it's nearly our anniversary We was hoping to be done a tad earlier, but as we shifted from night shifts to day shifts.. we ended up having dinner and far to many drinks one night how can you say no to $5 spirits So yeah, we were too hungover to let the electricians in.. they could only return the following week. Ooops. I smile at every memory

07.01.2022 Another throwback, one side of the shop almost finished. Working from 8pm- 3am each night to get things done in quiet. So much varnish, everywhere. Tongue and groove panels, stations, rails, on top of the yellow paint and shelves. We had such a good laugh doing it though, myself and Alan had the same taste in music which made things abit easier
