The successful candidates will be attached to Oxbridge Real Estate, one of the fastest growing real estate in the country with 350+ people. Lead generation is GUARANTEED About The Role: ... -Financial analysis of customer documentation to write and structure loan applications. -Presentation of Financial Solutions for our clients. -Managing the customer experience from application through to home loan settlement. -Liaising with Clients and Lenders to ensure that the loans are approved as efficiently as possible. -Settlement coordination with Clients, Lenders and Solicitors to ensure deadlines are met. What you will bring: -Previous Lending/Broker/Finance support experience, including exposure to finance applications, submissions and settlements. -Minimum Certificate IV or Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage broking Management). -Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations. -Ability to handle multiple tasks at once. -A high degree of competency in computer and web applications. -Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. -Ability to work independently and as apart of a team. The candidate must be professional, reliable, honest and handle all client information in a confidential manner.
