22.01.2022 What is foam rolling Foam rolling is a self-release technique that allows you to release areas that may otherwise be difficult for you to reach. Foam rolling can be great to relieve muscle tightness and increase range of motion. It's particularly effective in loosening up common areas of tightness including quadriceps, outer thigh and upper back. Gently rolling back and forth will help to release the muscle but for particularly tight spots you may feel that maintaining a ...constant pressure is more effective for muscle release. To find out if foam rolling can help you, book an appointment with one of our friendly physiotherapists! (08) 9444 2024 https://oxfordstreetphysio.com.au/
