06.01.2022 NO EXCUSES I am a mum of 4 children with my last pregnancy I had twins. Over the years my body & weight has changed dramatically. Only 6years ago I weighed 100kg not realising I was overweight until I saw myself in a pair of . Even though I was still exercising I was over consuming and not watching my nutrition. ... Of course YES I struggle, I indulge on Haigh’s chocolate, I will have a few wines or bourbons but I choose a plan that suits my lifestyle and I also basically kick my own arse and don’t make excuses. NOTHING comes easy Unfortunately there is no magic pill or supplementation. It is all about nutrition, exercise and your mindset. You need to eat, you do not need to starve, you do not need to become obsessed with cardio, you need to do weight training and you do not need to do cleanses that’s what your liver is for!! If you have a goal, DONT MAKE EXCUSES some days YES it will suck and you say to yourself I’m tired I don’t want to do it, don’t listen to that voice get up and go, you will feel good.
