06.01.2022 We were asked to replace a few decking boards for a client but once we started lifting the boards all the joist were rotten due to being imbedded in soil. If you’re getting a deck built make sure there is enough clearance underneath so timber isn’t always damp and so you can also do a visual termite inspection.
