16.01.2022 #BREAKING: Brisbane City Council plans to permanently change its local fire pit laws and temporarily extend a trial to allow residents to use them with fewer re...strictions. Previously backyard fires were only allowed with a permit or unless they were lit under specific guidelines - including being used to cook food. Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner says rules will still remain to ensure fire pits are used responsibly and safely. "This Includes restrictions on the size of the fire pits that you can have, distance from boundary of the property, keeping it away from overhanging trees and vegetation and also the type of material that is burnt as well," he said.

The state's Department of Health and Human Services co...nfirmed that bookings would be restricted to only people living in regional areas. The other guy was taken to the hospital but didnt ap...pear to have any external injuries like blood or broken bones. Was definitely scary as hell, it was my first major car accident that required my vehicle to be towed away. By the time I saw the car it was already in front if me, totally didnt expect that! For some reason my airbag didnt go off, but his did. Maybe his car was too light to trigger my airbag lol Ive passed the footage to the police, was told hell probably get charged for something more serious. 11.01.2022 Brand new owner of a 1937 Rolls Royce lost control of his Range Rover and trailer. As a result the Rolls Royce should be regarded as a total-loss. The sad owner just took delivery of the RR from a Historic Vehicle dealer a few kilometre away from the location of the accident.

07.01.2022 POLICE today appealed to caravanners and other travellers to help them catch thugs who beat up a man at a Tiaro rest area in Queensland. The victim was flown to... hospital in Brisbane with life-threatening injuries after the vicious attack at Petrie Park on July 8. His attackers arrived at the park in a blue 2001 Holden Commodore late in the evening. Police are seeking any further information regarding the assault, including any footage or witness information from those campers in the campground at the time. See more
