19.01.2022 The new shed for the machine shop finally arrived the other day so will be getting that organised asap

17.01.2022 Well been a while again but been busy. Have been working on an unusual project for a customer. Heres a couple of pics of how the steering ended up getting done

14.01.2022 Australian designed, fully CNC machined steering relocation transmisions. All the products are made from quality components and housings are 6061 aluminium and are all engineer approved with report issued to all buyers. I will have some more products in the future and i will post new products as i complete them

09.01.2022 Well its been a while since I've posted anything here due to building a new workshop, machine problems and doing a few other jobs but back into it now. I have the new improved chain drives sorted even though they look very similar on the outside. Shaft are now one piece with sprockets and made out of 4140 and heat treated. Inside has been changed so that in case of chain failure you will still have limited control as the chain can't fall away. Currently available in 8, 10 and 12 inch centres. Have a couple of other new items that I will post on the Tarlee custom Engineering page as they are not steering related. Will work pricing out shortly

03.01.2022 Well its been a while since i posted something so just some info. The bevel drives are available as they were. I have since made a reverse rotation drive which will be handy for using a rear steer rack on the front or visa versa. Also for using an original LHD rack as a RHD. Something else i have been working on is a reduction box. This would make the steering lighter rather than going to the hassle of pump and lines of a power steer setup. The only drawback is it would increase the lock to lock turns. At the moment i only have a 1.5:1 ratio but if there is enough interest i will look at getting custom gears made depending on price. I have a few other things in the pipeline but finishing of a conversion for a customer before i can do too much else. Any questions either msg here or email.
