18.01.2022 I call this salad my Spring Awakening salad because it tastes like spring to me Crisp watercress tossed with crunchy radishes and red apple and scrumptious avocado and drizzled with fresh lemon/dijon dressing. Yum! This salad is full of goodness!

This turmeric/passionfruit granola and coconut yogurt bowl with blueberries and goji berries is filled with antioxidants and is gluten and dairy free. So delicious and filling too.
