17.02.2022 First week of 16 months in the beautiful Ayers Rock. Ozone Air Conditioning have been engaged to complete the replacement of 230 chilled and hot water FCU systems with new units, valves, actuators, grills, controls and toilet exhaust.

31.01.2022 Final day of works at Manly Wharf. Completion of two stages. Over 15 months since commencement. Building works included the new level on top of the exisitng Manly Wharf building. Our works included the relocation of services on the ground level and provision of services on the newly built level. This included smoke exhaust, kitchen exhaust, ventilation and new and relocated air conditioning throughout.

17.01.2022 After 8 months on site this project is finally coming to an end. 34 apartments, commercial, retail and two levels of car park. Project completed ahead of schedule and on budget. Pittwater Road, North Narrabeen.

Including new air conditioning in each room, toilet exahust, BMS controller, electrical works and a face lift to the common areas. The hotel is getting renovated level by level and remains operations on all other levels during the works.
