24.01.2022 I just re-uploaded the new website https://worldpics.com.au with added photos: 100 each of scenic views and of ceremonies from around the world. Photos can be seen as a slide show or individually; clicking the thumbnail icon at top left lets you choose.
08.01.2022 Added 660 photos of the Federated States of Micronesia to my website: at https://ozoutback.com.au/Micronesia/index.html. These are from an extended trip I did in 1990 to the main islands and also field trips to the remote outlying atolls, for which special permission was needed. The islands were still very traditional and with wonderful people I stayed with on some of them.

05.01.2022 Had to change two photos in the Ceremonies section of the WorldPics site, because I discovered I had duplicated photos; so I added these: a participant at the H...indu Thaipusam ceremony in Penang (Malaysia) and the Famadihana ceremony in Madagascar when the family tomb is opened and they dance with the bodies of their ancestors. 03.01.2022 Because Ethiopia has been in the news lately with the conflict in its northern Tigray region, I updated the Flag pages, now adding all flags of the ethnic regions.
