22.01.2022 Cooked up some marinated chicken fillets over the weekend. You can cook just about anything on the Quokka.
21.01.2022 These lasagne sliders were made in our camp oven on top of our medium Quokka Travel pit last week at Racecourse campground, and shared around to fellow campers. This recipe is in our new Camp Kitchen Book released a couple of weeks ago. Afterwards we kicked back and enjoyed a nice fire.
